Text

(a)The Board shall maintain complete and accurate records of all action taken on:
(1)Applications for licenses; and
(2)The support for, and objections to, the granting of licenses.
(1)The Board shall maintain its records in a manner that allows disclosure to any person who has requested access to public records, except for those records or portions of records that are protected from disclosure by the exemptions listed in § 2-531 et seq. ("FOIA").
(2)Requests to obtain copies of records maintained by the Board shall be submitted in writing to ABCA's FOIA Officer pursuant to FOIA requirements.
(3)The FOIA Officer shall respond to a FOIA request with a grant or a denial for access to records within 15 business days after the date of receipt of the request. The 15-busines
