§ 25-202 — Establishment of the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration.
District of Columbia·Title 25 Alcoholic Beverages. [Enacted title]·Ch. 2 Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration.
There is established an Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration (“ABCA”) as an independent agency of the District to provide professional, technical, and administrative staff assistance to the Board in the performance of its functions. ABCA shall carry out its functions under the supervision of the Board.
