(1)On-premises retailer’s licenses shall be classified by the type of establishment licensed, as follows: restaurant, tavern, nightclub, hotel, club, multipurpose facility, and common carrier.
(2)For each type of establishment listed in paragraph (1) of this section, there shall be 2 classes of on-premises
