§ 20-356 — Applicability of other provisions of title.
District of Columbia·Title 20 Probate and Administration of Decedents’ Estates. [Enacted title]·Ch. 3 Opening the Estate.·Subch. VI Small Estates.
Except to the extent inconsistent with this subchapter, all the other provisions of this title shall apply to small estates.
