§ 16-404 — Surrogacy agreements authorized.
District of Columbia·Title 16 Particular Actions, Proceedings and Matters. [Enacted title]·Ch. 4 Collaborative Reproduction.
A surrogacy agreement shall be enforceable; provided, that all parties to the agreement and the agreement itself meet the requirements of [§ 16-405] and [§ 16-406] .
