§ 16-1025 — Prosecution by Attorney General.
District of Columbia·Title 16 Particular Actions, Proceedings and Matters. [Enacted title]·Ch. 10 Proceedings Regarding Intrafamily Offenses.·Subch. II Parental Kidnapping.
Prosecutions under this subchapter shall be brought in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in name of the District by the Corporation Counsel.
