§ 16-2338 — Emergency medical treatment.
District of Columbia·Title 16 Particular Actions, Proceedings and Matters. [Enacted title]·Ch. 23 Family Division [Family Court] Proceedings.·Subch. I Proceedings Regarding Delinquency, Neglect, or Need of Supervision.
Nothing in this subchapter shall prevent a public agency having custody of a child who is under jurisdiction of the Division from providing the child with emergency medical treatment.
