§ 4d-32 — Approval of subcontract awards.

No contractor shall award a subcontract for work under a contract or for work under an amendment to a contract without the approval of the Commissioner of Administrative Services or a designee of (1) the selection of the subcontractor, and (2) the disclosure of the provisions of the subcontract.
