Text
As used in this section and sections 4d-31 to 4d-44, inclusive:
(1)“Contract” means a contract for state agency information system or telecommunication system facilities, equipment or services, which is awarded pursuant to this chapter or subsection (e) of section 1-205 , subsection (c) of section 1-211 , subsection (b) of section 1-212 , section 4-5 , subsection (a) of section 10a-151b , or subsection (b) of section 19a-110 .
(2)“Contractor” means a business entity or individual who is awarded a contract or an amendment to a contract.
(3)“Subcontractor” means a subcontractor of a contractor for work under a contract or an amendment to a contract.
