§ 46b-579 — (Formerly Sec. 46b-179c). Notification of filing judgment. Proof of service to be filed with court.

Connecticut·Title 46b Family Law·Ch. 818 Connecticut Parentage Act and Parentage-Related Provisions
Within five days of the filing of the judgment and certification in accordance with section 46b-577, the party filing such judgment shall notify the other party to the parentage action of the filing of such judgment by registered mail at his last-known address or by personal service. The Family Support Magistrate Division shall not enforce any such foreign parentage judgment until proof of service has been filed with the court.
