Connecticut Statutes
§ 46b-543 — Application of provisions re collection of gametes.
(a)The provisions of sections 46b-542 to 46b-547, inclusive, apply only to gametes collected on or after January 1, 2022.
(b)The provisions of this section do not apply to gametes collected from a donor whose identity is known to the recipient of the gametes at the time of the donation.
