§ 46b-470 — Data privacy.

A proceeding under sections 46b-450 to 46b-553, inclusive, is subject to the law of this state other than said sections, which govern the health, safety, privacy and liberty of a child or other person who could be affected by disclosure of information that could identify the child or other person, including address, telephone number, digital contact information, place of employment, Social Security number and the child's day care facility or school.
