Text

(a)A party to an adjudication of parentage by a court acting under circumstances that satisfy the jurisdiction requirements of the applicable laws of this state, including the provisions of public act 21-15*, and any person who received notice of the proceeding are bound by the adjudication.
(b)In a proceeding for dissolution of marriage, annulment or legal separation, the court is deemed to have made an adjudication of parentage of a child if the court acts under circumstances that satisfy the jurisdictional requirements of the applicable laws of this state, including the provisions of public act 21-15*, and the final order:
(1)Expressly identifies the child as a “child of the marriage” or “issue of the marriage” or includes similar words indicating that both spouses are parents of the
