§ 46b-341 — Nonparentage as defense.

Connecticut·Title 46b Family Law·Ch. 817 Uniform Interstate Family Support Act
A party whose parentage of a child has been previously determined by or pursuant to law may not plead nonparentage as a defense to a proceeding under sections 46b-301 to 46b-425, inclusive.
