(a)For purposes of this section:
(1)“Identification and location information” means current information on the location and identity of a party to any parentage or child support proceeding, including, but not limited to, the party's Social Security number, residential and mailing addresses, telephone number, driver's license number, employer's name, address and telephone number, and such other information as may be required for the state case registry to comply with federal law and regulations;
(2)“Parentage or child support proceeding” means any court action or administrative process authorized by state statute in which the parentage or support of a child is established; and (3) “State case registry” means the database included in the automated system established and maintained by the

(a)(3) to replace “Bureau of Child Support Enforcement” with “Office of Child Support Services”, effective May 6, 2016; P.A. 21-15 amended Subsecs. (a) and (b) by replacing “paternity” with “parentage”, effective January 1, 2022.
