(a)(1) The Office of the Chief Court Administrator shall revise and simplify the process for filing an application for relief under section 46b-15. The Office of the Chief Court Administrator shall ensure that any person seeking to file an application for relief is provided with a one-page, plain language explanation of how to apply for relief under section 46b-15.
(2)The Office of the Chief Court Administrator shall develop and make available to the public educational materials concerning the risk protection order and warrant processes set forth in section 29-38c relating to a person who poses a risk of imminent personal injury to such person's self or to another person, or concerning the risk protection warrant processes set forth in section 29-38q relating to a child who poses a risk o
