In each Superior Court where a restraining order issued under section 46b-15 may be made returnable, the Chief Court Administrator shall, where feasible, work to allocate space in such court so as to permit a meeting between a person seeking service of the notice of hearing and any order issued under section 46b-15 and a proper officer.
