Text
The Commissioner of Correction and the executive director of the Court Support Services Division of the Judicial Department shall report to the Juvenile Justice Policy and Oversight Committee established pursuant to section 46b-121n each instance of use of chemical agents or prone restraints on any person ages seventeen years of age or younger detained in any facility operated or overseen by said commissioner or executive director not later than thirty days after the date of such instance.

History: P.A. 19-187 effective July 1, 2020; P.A. 22-26 replaced provision re monthly reports not later than August 1, 2020, and monthly thereafter, with provision re issuance of report not later than 30 days after the date of use of chemical agents or prone restraints and made technical changes, effective May 10, 2022.
