Text
(a)An appeal to the Appellate Court shall lie from any judgment, injunctive relief, order or decree entered pursuant to section 46a-89, 46a-89a or 46a-90a.
(b)In any appeal to the Appellate Court under the provisions of this section, any judge of the Appellate Court, on written application, after oral hearing:
(1)May order a party who has filed a notice of intent to appeal either to appeal or withdraw such notice of appeal, and (2) may make such orders as will expedite the appeal.
