Text
(a)Contumacy or refusal to obey subpoena issued pursuant to this chapter shall constitute contempt punishable, upon the application of the authority issuing such subpoena, by the Superior Court for the judicial district in which the hearing is held or in which the witness resides or transacts business.
(b)No person may be excused from attending and testifying or from producing records, correspondence, documents or other evidence in obedience to subpoena, on the ground that the testimony or evidence required of him may tend to incriminate him or subject him to a penalty or forfeiture, but no person may be prosecuted or subjected to any penalty or forfeiture for or on account of any transaction, matter or thing concerning which he is compelled, after having claimed his privilege against se
