§ 46a-80i — Discrimination on basis of erased criminal history record information: Allocation of state benefits.

On and after January 1, 2023, erased criminal history record information shall not be considered as a limiting factor in state-administered programs involving the distribution of funds to qualify applicants for benefits authorized by law.
