§ 46a-80h — Discrimination on basis of erased criminal history record information: Educational and vocational programs of state agencies.

On and after January 1, 2023, all educational, counseling and vocational guidance programs and all apprenticeship and on-the-job training programs of state agencies, or in which state agencies participate, shall be open to all qualified persons, without regard to a person's erased criminal history record information.
