Text
No public weighmaster shall weigh such petroleum products loaded on a vehicle or in a container for transportation and sign a delivery ticket therefor unless the public weighmaster has secured the tare weight of the vehicle or the container in which such petroleum products are loaded for the purpose of delivery.
