§ 43-16f — Fees.
Before the issuance of any public weighmaster license, or any renewal thereof, the applicant shall pay to the commissioner a fee of forty dollars.

P.A. 09-3 increased fee from $20 to $40; P.A. 24-142 substituted “public weighmaster” for “licensed public weigher”, and made technical and conforming changes, effective June 6, 2024.
