Text

(a)Any violation of the provisions of sections 42-529 to 42-529d, inclusive, shall constitute an unfair trade practice under subsection (a) of section 42-110b and shall be enforced solely by the Attorney General. Nothing in this section or sections 42-529 to 42-529d, inclusive, shall be construed to create a private right of action or to provide grounds for an action under section 42-110g.
(b)(1) During the period beginning October 1, 2024, and ending December 31, 2025, if the Attorney General, in the Attorney General's discretion, determines that a controller or processor has violated any provision of sections 42-529 to 42-529d , inclusive, but may cure such alleged violation, the Attorney General shall provide written notice to such controller or processor, in a form and manner prescri
