As used in section 42-100c, “retail credit transaction” includes any agreement or transaction for the retail sale of goods or services which are used or bought primarily for personal, family or household purposes, but does not include transactions covered by chapter 4 of the Consumer Credit Protection Act, 15 USC 1666 et seq., as from time to time amended. See Sec. 36a-676 for definitions under the Connecticut Truth-in-Lending Act applicable to this section.
