§ 42-320 — Definitions.

As used in this section and section 42-321:
(1)“Buyer” means any person entering into a social referral services contract with a seller;
(2)“Person” means a natural person, partnership, corporation, association or any other legal entity;
(3)“Seller” means any person offering social referral services; and (4) “Social referral services” means dating, matrimonial or personal referral services by any of the following means:
(A)An exchange of names, telephone numbers, addresses and statistics;
(B)a photograph or video selection process;
(C)personal introductions provided by the seller at the seller's place of business; and (D) a social environment provided by such person intended primarily as an alternative to singles' bars or club-type environments.
