§ 30-3 — Assistance.

(1949 Rev., S. 4224; P.A. 77-614, S. 165, 610; P.A. 78-303, S. 80, 136; P.A. 99-194, S. 21.) History: P.A. 77-614 called for replacement of liquor control commission with division of liquor control within the department of business regulation, but P.A. 78-303 made exception for this section, retaining the commission; P.A. 99-194 replaced reference to commission with reference to department.
