§ 30-18b — Prohibition against selling wine manufactured out of this state as Connecticut made wine.
Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 30-16, 30-18 and 30-18a, no person shall repackage, relabel or sell wine manufactured outside of this state for the purpose of selling such wine as Connecticut made wine.
