Text
(a)As used in this section, “powdered alcohol” means molecularly encapsulated alcohol in powdered form that may be used in such form or reconstituted as an alcoholic beverage when mixed with water or other liquid.
(b)No person shall knowingly purchase, possess or sell powdered alcohol.
(c)Any person who knowingly purchases or possesses powdered alcohol in violation of subsection (b) of this section shall be fined one hundred dollars for the first offense, two hundred fifty dollars for the second offense and five hundred dollars for each subsequent offense.
(d)Any person who knowingly sells powdered alcohol in violation of subsection (b) of this section shall be fined two hundred fifty dollars for the first offense, five hundred dollars for the second offense and one thousand dollars fo
