Text

The Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management shall (1) in consultation with the Commissioner of Transportation, the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, the Commissioner of Housing and the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection, ensure the coordination of state and regional transportation planning with other state planning efforts, including, but not limited to, economic development and housing plans;

(2)coordinate interagency policy and initiatives concerning transportation; and (3) in consultation with the Commissioner of Transportation, evaluate transportation initiatives and proposed expenditures.
