Text

(a)The Commissioner of Transportation may enter into reciprocal agreements or plans on behalf of the state of Connecticut with the appropriate authorities of any state of the United States, or any political subdivision thereof, or the District of Columbia, granting reciprocity to motor vehicles in livery services, as defined in section 13b-101. Any such reciprocal agreement or plan may include, but not be limited to, the following:
(1)Full reciprocity in accordance with such agreement or plan for livery services not based in Connecticut in exchange for equivalent reciprocity for Connecticut-based livery services;
(2)reciprocal exchange of audits of records of the owners of livery services by the states participating in any such agreement or plan;
(3)any other matters which would facili
