Text
The executive director may revoke temporarily or permanently any certificate of approval or license upon a determination that an airport, heliport, vertiport, restricted landing area or other navigation facility is not being maintained or used in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, chapter 266 or any regulations or procedures adopted pursuant to said chapters.
