Text
The Labor Commissioner shall, upon request of the Commissioner of Transportation, supply such information as is necessary to assist the Department of Transportation in carrying out its responsibilities under section 13b-38p and the Clean Air Act. See Sec. 13b-38a re establishment of commuter programs, advice and assistance to employers, traffic management programs and task force to develop transportation management plans.
