Text

The Commissioner of Transportation, in consultation with the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection and the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, may designate state highways or portions thereof as scenic roads. Any alteration of a scenic road shall maintain the character of such road when so designated, if practical. See Sec. 7-149a re municipal designation and maintenance of scenic roads.
