Text
The performance of all consultants who have active agreements with the department shall be evaluated by the supervising unit within the bureau utilizing the consultant services, at least once a year and upon completion of the consultant services. Each such evaluation shall be kept on file in the supervising unit and a copy filed with the permanent selection panel.
