§ 13b-200a — State rail plan.
(a)For purposes of this section, “state rail plan” or “proposed plan” means the plan prepared by the Department of Transportation pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 110-432, the Passenger Rail Investment and Improvement Act of 2008.
(b)Not later than sixty days prior to submission of the state rail plan as required by P.L. 110-432, the Department of Transportation shall submit such proposed plan to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation and finance, revenue and bonding.
