Text
A peer-to-peer car sharing company shall not permit the operation of peer-to-peer car sharing at Bradley International Airport unless such company enters into an agreement with the Connecticut Airport Authority, established pursuant to section 15-120bb. The Connecticut Airport Authority may charge and collect a reasonable fee from any such company for the privilege of operating peer-to-peer car sharing at such airport.
