Text

It is the duty of all persons, associations, and corporations operating threshing machines or vehicles or using the public roads for transporting such machines or other heavy machinery to use a sufficient number of heavy planks, wherever necessary, to protect all sidewalks, bridges, culverts, and causeways from being broken by said threshing machines or other heavy machinery in passing over the same.
