Text
(1)The authority has the power to cooperate
with any person:
(a)To accept contributions, loans, advances, or liens securing obligations to
or of the authority from any person with respect to the financing, construction,
operation, or maintenance of a regional transportation system and, in connection
with any loan or advance, to enter into contracts establishing the repayment terms;
(b)To enter into contracts with respect to and to cooperate in the financing,
construction, operation, or maintenance of a specified regional transportation
system;
(c)To enter into joint operating contracts concerning a regional
transportation system;
(d)To acquire easements or rights-of-way for a regional transportation
system;
(e)To transfer dominion over all or any portion of a regional tr
