Text
(1)The authority has the power to cooperate
with any person:
(a)To accept contributions, loans, or advances from any person with respect
to the financing, construction, operation, or maintenance of a public highway and in
connection with any loan or advance to enter into contracts establishing the
repayment terms;
(b)To enter into contracts with respect to and to cooperate in the financing,
construction, operation, or maintenance of a specified public highway;
(c)To enter into joint operating contracts concerning a public highway;
(d)To cooperate in acquiring easements or rights-of-way for a public
highway;
(e)To transfer dominion over all or any portion of a public highway financed,
operated, maintained, or constructed by the authority to the federal government,
