Text

After the state treasurer has made a payment to a county, city, or incorporated town based on his estimate, and the number of vehicles registered in the county, city, or incorporated town is available to the state treasurer, he shall compute the balance due and pay such balance to each of the counties, cities, or incorporated towns to which such payments have been made in the same manner as provided in this part 2.
