§ 43-2-404 — Rule-making authority
The transportation commission created
by part 1 of article 1 of this title shall promulgate rules in accordance with article 4
of title 24, C.R.S., to implement the provisions of this part 4. The rules shall include
noise mitigation standards and a list of approved noise mitigation measures and
products that meet the standards.
