Text
The boards of county
commissioners of the various counties in Colorado and the city council of the city
and county of Denver and the city council of the city and county of Broomfield shall
annually submit to the commission priorities for the construction of roads and
streets within their specific jurisdiction on the state highway system, plus all
proposed projects not a part of the state highway system but utilizing federal
funding. For purposes of this section and section 43-2-138, the city and county of
Denver and the city and county of Broomfield shall be considered counties.
