Text
The board of county commissioners shall
each year prepare a preliminary or tentative road budget for the county in
compliance with the local government budget law. The county road budget shall
show in detail anticipated revenues from all sources and proposed expenditures for
all purposes. The budget shall be compiled so that it will show, separately, the
anticipated revenues and expenditures for the county road system.
