Text
The manner of laying out any private road from the
land of any person so as to connect with any public road and of condemning the
lands necessary therefor shall be the same as provided in this part 1; except that
the petition in such cases need be signed by only such person and the damages
which may accrue and the expense of opening such road shall be paid by such
petitioner.
