Text

After December 31, 1953, roads constructed by the respective counties as part of the primary road system shall be constructed to general standards acceptable for county primary roads, where found practicable by the board of county commissioners. Such general standards shall conform to those adopted by the transportation commission for the state highway system for the corresponding class of road in the state highway system.
