§ 43-1-1405 — Public notice procedures
At least forty-five days prior to the
anticipated date of selecting a design-build firm for a transportation project, the
department shall publish a public notice at least twice in one or more daily
newspapers of general circulation in the state. The public notice shall set forth a
general description of the transportation project.
