§ 35-80-114 — Criminal penalties
A person that violates section 35-80-108
(1)(a), (1)(b), (1)(c), (1)(f), (1)(m), or (1)(o)(I) commits a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be
punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501.
