§ 35-65-111 — County fairgrounds

Colorado·Title 35 Agriculture·Art. Fairs
The board of county commissioners of any county in this state is authorized to lease or purchase a tract of land suitable for county fair purposes, which shall be used for that purpose, in order to encourage and promote agricultural, mechanical, industrial, and livestock industries in this state.
